The popular Robert Felix Memorial Golf Tournament is a great way to take part in an afternoon of golf guilt-free while supporting our industry. Organized and hosted by TCIAF (Tree Care Industry Association Foundation), proceeds from this event are earmarked to benefit students of arboriculture.

Grand Cayman is a great vacation destination for a family, particularly because of the diversity in activities, restaurants, accommodations, and more.
In fact, Los Angeles Family magazine calls Grand Cayman a perfect family vacation spot. “There are plenty of activities to keep everyone happy, and if you just want to rest and relax by the pool or on the beach, you can do that too,” says the magazine. “Unlike many of the other islands in the Caribbean, Grand Cayman is a safe place to be. It is clean, friendly, and welcoming!”

It’s not all about work though, so don’t forget the staples for any tropical vacation, like your camera, sunscreen, bathing suit and anything you would typically bring for a tropical getaway. Since the winter months in Grand Cayman tend to be the least rainy and most comfortable in terms of temperature, averaging about seventy-five degrees, be sure to pack accordingly.
As of 2007, all US tourists traveling to the Cayman Islands are required to bring a passport for entry. This includes all children and infants. But don’t worry about travelers checks because the US dollar is accepted everywhere on the island. Plus, TCIA has already arranged a variety of exciting recreational activities like sailing, golf, snorkeling, kayaking, and more!
