“The Crane Rigging Workshop Must Go On!”
This article, which ran in the March 2012 edition of TCI Magazine, explains how (and why) 22 participants, seven high school students, and 10-12 spectators took part in the second annual Arborist Crane Rigging workshop, which focused on crane assisted removals. All the work done is donated to the Crane Estate, a national historical landmark that is maintained by The Trustees of Reservations. Read the full story here.

“Ground Zero Trees – New Life on Hallowed Ground” by David Rattigan
This article, which ran in the September 2011 edition of TCI Magazine, tells the story of the spectacular 400-tree grove at the September 11 Memorial and how TCIA member company Bartlett Tree Experts is maintaining the trees. “It’s an amazing honor to be associated with this project,” says Wayne Dubin, vice president at Bartlett.  Read the full story here.
