The Gwinnett County Fire Department in Atlanta, Georgia performed a successful tree rescue last week, thanks to TCIA Accredited company Downey Trees Inc.

Approximately two years ago, Downey Trees trained the GCFD Technical Rescue Team how to perform this exact type of rescue. The textbook rescue was performed how they were trained and the climber survived with minor injuries.A proactive and prepared approach paid off.
