Three TCIA member companies donated their time and expertise for the Arboricultural Society of Michigan Day of Service on June 23.
Camelot Tree Service (Grosse Pointe, MI), Kappen Tree Service (Cass City, MI) and Victorian Gardens Tree Service (White Lake, MI) spent the day working to restore the War Dog Memorial Cemetery in Lyon, Michigan.
Volunteers from all over Michigan have been helping restore this memorial for our four-legged heroes; but it is a massive project for just hand-tools. The Michigan War Dog Memorial was buried under brush and trees for approximately twenty some years. These three TCIA member companies spent a day alongside volunteers from the Arboricultural Society of Michigan, working tirelessly to clean up this landmark.
