Education & Events

TCIA offers many opportunities for tree care professionals to gain new knowledge, expand your professional networks and strengthen your connections within your company as well as the industry.

Our education is available in a variety of formats, from home-study programs to live interactions at conferences, so you can explore new ways to lead your crew, overcome safety and training challenges and drive growth for your business.

Continuing Education Units

Many arborists are required to earn continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain their credentials.

Numerous TCIA training programs enable you to earn CEUs to maintain your Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) credential and International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certifications.

As a courtesy to our attendees, TCIA submits our event programs to various industry organizations for CEU approval prior to the event. Depending on the program or event, in addition to CTSP and ISA CEUs, we may also be able to offer CEUs for the following:

  • Individual-state pesticide applicator license
  • National Association of Landscape Professionals
  • American Society for Consulting Arborists
  • Massachusetts Certified Arborists
  • New Jersey Licensed Tree Experts
  • New Jersey Licensed Tree Care Operators
